This special issue examines how the development and global circulation of new weight loss pharmaceutical technologies raise urgent questions about moral meanings, social inequities, and the politics of health. We invite submissions that critically analyze the social, cultural, economic, and ethical dimensions of these technologies across diverse global contexts.
